We are currently looking for an experienced and hands-on Residential Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This rare and dynamic role will see you work with the world’s best designer furniture and lighting brands with a team who are passionate about what they do and the brands we represent!
Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for sales across our diverse portfolio of Australian and International brands.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and growing the residential and retail facet of our business
- Managing sales and the customer experience from beginning to end including systems, tools and showroom presentation
- Working with designers, architects and retail clients to select suitable products
- Processing showroom and online enquiries/sales
- Performing basic sales administration duties, as required
- Coordinate delivery of product, as required
- Providing after-sales service, as required
- Achieve sales targets
- Attend training, industry events, conferences and seminars to maintain industry and design knowledge.
