P25 Corporate HQ

SCROLL DOWN

A Progressive Workplace Designed to Challenge Convention

The P25 Corporate HQ reimagines a former large-scale hospitality venue as a progressive workplace designed to challenge conventional industry norms. Located in Perth, the space occupies a generous 5,557sqm campus-style floorplan on Level 3 — including a mezzanine — while a dedicated reception level on Level 2 welcomes external guests.

A Collaborative Vision Shaped by Sustainability, Flexibility and Purpose

Previously home to a food court and several retail tenancies, the expansive Level 3 floor was stripped back to its native structure, allowing the architecture to re-emerge while retaining key elements such as the northern heritage façade. This transformation created the foundation for a workplace that prioritises adaptability, wellbeing and long-term value.

Central to the workspace is a highly adaptable working environment. Height-adjustable desks paired with Steelcase Series 2 task chairs support genuine accessibility, comfort and personalisation, allowing staff to tailor their setup throughout the day.

Stripping Back to Create a Flexible, People-Focused Foundation

Circularity, flexibility and future performance sit at the core of the design, with strategies focused on design for disassembly and reusability to support an evolving workplace while minimising environmental impact.

designFARM collaborated with PAPER on the project, supplying selected BOLIA furniture pieces alongside Steelcase Series 2 task chairs to help create a refined, comfortable and future-ready commercial setting.
