Archirivolto Design was founded in 1983 in Colle di Val d’Elsa, within the province of Siena, through the collaboration of Marco Pocci and Claudio Dondoli, longtime friends who met at university. Initially, the studio was a small business focused on architecture, interior design, and furniture sales, benefiting from close ties with the area’s most dynamic industries. Just a few years later, Archirivolto expanded into industrial design, driven by a genuine passion for the world of furniture.
Guided by a clear entrepreneurial vision, Marco Pocci and Claudio Dondoli defined a distinct identity for their studio, specializing in seating design—spanning chairs, sofas, stools, and both office and outdoor seating. They mastered a variety of materials and technologies, especially plastics, building expertise in all aspects of production and manufacturing.
For over thirty years, Archirivolto Design has pursued a mission to make beauty accessible. The studio embraces the entire product development process, supporting clients from market research to creative concept development, prototype creation by an in-house model maker, and technical guidance through product industrialization. Archirivolto’s goal? To bring projects to life where creativity is balanced with a focus on large-scale market appeal and product viability.
