Michael Schneider was born in southern Germany in 1962. He graduated in Product Design from the Academy of Fine Arts in Stuttgart, studying under Professor Richard Sapper. In 1993, he founded his own design studio, designschneider, where he continues to work today, focusing on product design, furniture, exhibitions, and trend research. Collaborating with international companies, he creates products that emphasize uniqueness, functionality, and everyday utility. Schneider has also lectured at universities in Korea, India, RWTH Aachen, and the University of the Arts in Berlin. His work has earned him numerous international awards.
