Studio Gud is a product design studio based in Porto, Portugal, with a primary focus on furniture design. Established in 2010 and led by designer Paulo Neves since 2016, the studio is driven by a desire to create objects that speak through culture, memory, and tradition. Inspired by both personal and collective experiences, Studio Gud draws from the richness of the past while envisioning the future.
With a deep respect for materials and a strong attention to detail, the studio seeks beauty in the truth of shapes—crafting designs that feel honest, meaningful, and enduring. Their work reflects a thoughtful balance between form and function, influenced by the history of design and shaped by stories that connect people to objects in a poetic and timeless way.
