Tomoya Tabuchi, born in 1974 in Tochigi, Japan, graduated in living design from Kuwasawa Design School in 1997. He began his career at a Japanese furniture firm, focusing on planning, original product design, and collaborating with international designers. In 2010, he became an independent designer, and in 2011, Interiors debuted his first independent piece, the Tee table.
He has earned several awards, including the Premio Vico Magistretti (2007 shortlist), ELLE DÉCOR Young Japanese Design Talent (2012), Good Design Award (2014), and Architizer A+Awards (2016). His work spans product design, graphic design, and art direction, collaborating with brands like Lapalma, Viccarbe, Systemtronic, and Interiors.
