The Fortescue Head Office in Perth was transformed by CDI Group in collaboration with Rezen Studio, turning 25,000sqm across eight floors into a bright, modern, and inclusive corporate environment in just seven months. This expansive fitout combines high-performance workspaces with advanced facilities, premium finishes, and bespoke details, creating a forward-thinking workplace that prioritises both functionality and employee wellbeing.
The project was brought to life through seamless collaboration with an exceptional project team. Guided by three core design principles — sustainability and innovation, alignment with company values, and flexibility and functionality — the fitout supports the evolving needs of its people while creating a workplace that feels intuitive, adaptable and comfortable to use every day.
designFARM has partnered with Fortescue since its early beginnings, having delivered the original workplace fitout, and it has been a privilege to continue this relationship on such a significant project. As a trusted Western Australian partner, designFARM contributed a suite of furniture and fittings that support this vision, supplying all task seating with Steelcase Series 1 chairs and stools, custom boardroom, meeting and dining tables by local WA designer Jack Flanagan, as well as RBW Crisp wall lights throughout the space. These elements enhance comfort, accessibility, and adaptability across the workplace, supporting a variety of work styles and collaborative needs.
