Studio Nooi is a design studio based in Turin, Italy, founded in 2020 by Giulia Pesce and Ruggero Bastita. The name “Nooi” is a play on the Italian word noi, meaning “us,” reflecting their belief that design is inherently collaborative. Their process involves close cooperation with companies, artisans, technicians, and users, with each project shaped by cultural heritage, nature, and contemporary society. Nooi is deeply involved in every stage of development, aiming to create refined, meaningful designs that are rich in story and purpose.
designFARM respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we live and work. Our showroom is located on the lands of the Whadjuk People of the Noongar Nation. We honour their Elders, past and present, and all of the First Nations’ Peoples of Australia. We acknowledge their deep connection to Country and the continuation of their cultural and spiritual practices.
